Axis Sports Vision Training

Sports vision training has little to do with improving the clarity of one's vision and everything to do with improving visual performance.

Sports vision training used to be only reserved for colligate and pro athletes, but now this particular training can be beneficial for any athlete at any age. If you are an athlete or a parent of an athlete that wants to take your performance to the next level, then sports vision training is for you.

Skills that are improved during this program are:

  • Depth Perception
  • Eye Focusing (Accommodation)
  • Visual Reaction Speed (Reactive Agility)
  • Binocular Vision (Vergence)
  • Visual Attention and Processing
  • Axis Sports Vision is an eight-week program that includes one 40-minute session per week. During each session, athletes will do a wide range of activities throughout the program to ensure their visual system is functioning with the highest efficiency.
